O'Sullivan's Pharmacy Fethard was Established in 1917, over 100 years ago, and is the Oldest legacy family run Pharmacy in Ireland and one of the oldest outright Pharmacies in the country. The Pharmacy was established by James F. O'Sullivan and was subsequently run by Donal O'Sullivan. The Pharmacy is still independently owned and is now managed by third and fourth generation Pharmacists Jimmy and Jack O'Sullivan.
